What happens if you haven’t completed the payment on a pricing plan before your free trial ends?
If you haven’t chosen a pricing plan before your free trial ends, your account will be frozen at the end date of the free trial. All your data will be there when you decide to return to Trendpop.
How do I upgrade to the full service plan before my free trial ends?
You can click on “subscribe” and complete the signup to a pricing plan anytime during your free trial. Once you have completed the paid plan enrollment, your free trial period will be stopped and automatically continued with the subscription plan purchased.
What's the easiest way to find how a creator, sound, or hashtag is performing on TikTok?
If you have the Tiktok website URL of the page (example: https://www.tiktok.com/@usetrendpop), copy paste the URL into the top of the search bar. Click on the result that crops up to go to the report page.
